I offer counselling to individuals and couples in central Exeter and in Wells, Somerset.

I am a qualified, integrative counsellor, which means that I don't offer just one style of counselling, but a tailored approach to suit the needs of the person coming for counselling. Some clients only want to talk, whilst others find it easier to express themselves in other creative ways. Whatever your preference, I am trained and skilled in a wide variety of creative counselling approaches, such as drawing, sandplay and guided visualisation.

I am a member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and I abide by its ethical standards and framework.

I have regular professional supervision to support and monitor my counselling work and I attend continuous professional development events to ensure that my approach is up to date and fresh.

I would describe my approach as gentle, warm and caring but I am not afraid to challenge when that's appropriate. I am very perceptive - my clients often comment on how quickly I can help them to identify the underlying issues.

My qualifications include:
Certificate in Counselling (Coventry University)
Advanced Diploma in Counselling (Ironmill Institute - BACP Accredited course)
BSC (Hons) Management Sciences.
